Pilates all the way
Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a mum with a lifelong passion for movement and the way it can support strength, confidence, and well-being.
I have been a practicing Occupational Therapist for 14 years, spending the latter part of my healthcare career working as a Senior OT. I remain fully HCPC-registered, which allows me to bring a deep, clinical foundation and an expert understanding of rehabilitation and anatomy to everything I teach.

My Pilates training began with a mat qualification from the prestigious Pilates Foundation, followed by Reformer training at the Lisa B Pilates Academy. I’ve been teaching both mat and reformer ever since, helping people reconnect with their bodies, manage complex injuries, and discover what mindful, structured movement can do for them.
I’m a big believer in weaving movement into everyday life—not as a chore to tick off, but as something that energises, restores, and supports you through the demands of daily living. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, focusing on active aging, or simply looking to move without pain, my aim is to make movement accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for every body.
